Monthly Retainer
Monthly retainer fees are prepaid based on the Client’s assumptions of the number of hours of support needed in a given month. If you need ongoing month-to-month assistance, you may choose a retainer package. With my retainer packages, you are required to pay by the first of the month for a specified number of hours.
In return, I guarantee my availability for that amount of time each month, your work receives priority scheduling over pay-as-you-go work, and you receive a discounted hourly rate determined by the number of hours you choose. Unused hours are non-refundable and do not rollover to the next month.
Pay As You Go
- Minimum of 2 hours is required at the agreed upon billable rate.
- Incidentals and balance of time worked will be billed at the end of the month.
- Payments are due upon receipt by check, wire transfer or Paypal.
