Monthly Retainer
Monthly retainer fees are prepaid based on the Client’s assumptions of the number of hours of support needed in a given month. If you need ongoing month-to-month assistance, you may choose a retainer package. With my retainer packages, you are required to pay by the first of the month for a specified number of hours.

In return, I guarantee my availability for that amount of time each month, your work receives priority scheduling over pay-as-you-go work, and you receive a discounted hourly rate determined by the number of hours you choose. Unused hours are non-refundable and do not rollover to the next month.
Pay As You Go
Minimum of 2 hours is required at the agreed upon billable rate.
Incidentals and balance of time worked will be billed at the end of the month
Payments are due upon receipt by check, wire transfer or Paypal
