I promise to represent clients with nothing less than the highest level of professionalism by:

• Strictly safeguarding all private and confidential information entrusted to me
  

• Not using or sharing confidential information with any outside party
  

• Returning to the client any and all documents (originals and copies) upon termination  of the agreement
  

• Not violating copyright laws, intellectual property laws
  

• Not knowingly be part of any illegal or unethical activity
  

• Not engaging in any activity that presents a conflict of interest
